CANCELLATION POLICY
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 1 day before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee. This business enforces a cancellation policy on all services and reserve the right to charge a 100% cancellation fee and for any no show, loc establishments and late cancellations. Note that you may be considered a no-show if you are late for your scheduled appointment, and it is up to the business to decide whether the fee is applied. Based in Chicago, IL, I am a licensed loctician and braider with over 16 years of experience in loc care and maintenance. Licensed since 2019, I became a certified Sisterlocks® consultant in May 2020 and a licensed trichologist in June 2023. My approach is rooted in education, healthy scalp practices, and intentional loc care. I prioritize teaching my clients how to properly maintain their locs while providing customized services that support long-term hair and scalp health. My mission is to provide intentional, education-driven loc care that prioritizes scalp health, hair integrity, and long-term results. Through trichology-based practices and personalized services, I empower clients with the knowledge and tools needed to maintain healthy locs beyond the salon.
